Our commitment to Environmental Social Governance (ESG)
How we're 'walking the walk' when it comes to achieving our ESG ambitions
Introduction to ESG at Target
Environmental Social Governance (ESG) is central to our purpose. It’s at the heart of what makes our business tick.
Success isn’t defined by what we say or do. It’s how we make people feel. Our values and culture drive our behaviours.
ESG commitments are a key objective for us.
We’re proactive to improve our environment and the way we work to build a sustainable future for our colleagues, customers, clients, and the communities we serve.

Communities and Charities
We’re passionate about our communities Each colleague has a volunteering day each year to give back to their community.
At Target Group, we believe in giving back and supporting our communities. That's why we're delighted to have partnered with Action for Children as our corporate charity. Action for Children's impact is profound, with over 604,000 children and families supported annually across the UK. Their mission is to make a positive impact on children and families across the UK. Their goal perfectly aligns with our values of sharing like a family and imagining like a child.
In the last year colleagues have used their charity days for beach clean ups, helping out at community food banks, volunteering at animal shelters, supporting local hospices and much more. We want colleagues to support the causes that matter to them.
